Quzey - Terms of Use and Service

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Quzey mobile application (the "App"), provided by YRT Software ("we," "us," or "our").

Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you verify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately delete and discontinue using the App.

1. Account Creation and Eligibility

1.1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. Use of the App by anyone under 13 is strictly prohibited. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you must read these Terms with your parent or guardian to ensure that both you and your parent or guardian understand and agree to them.

1.2. Account Security

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. License and Access

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, YRT Software grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App on a single mobile device for your personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, copy, modify, or distribute the source code or any part of the App.

3. User Content and Conduct

Quzey allows users to share text, images, videos, and audio ("User Content").

3.1. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you share. YRT Software does not endorse any User Content and has no obligation to monitor all content, but we reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

3.2. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Illegal Acts: Using the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.

• Harassment: Harassing, threatening, bullying, or defaming other users.

• Hate Speech: promoting discrimination, hostility, or violence based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.

• Obscenity: Sharing pornographic, violent, or sexually explicit content.

• Spam: Sending unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, or spam.

• Technical Abuse: Interfering with the App’s servers, introducing viruses, or attempting to compromise system security.

IMPORTANT: Violation of these rules may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The App, including its design, logos, graphics, and code ("Quzey Content"), is the property of YRT Software and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the User Content you post. However, by using the App, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to transmit, display, and store your content as necessary to provide the service (e.g., delivering your messages to the recipient).

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services to function (e.g., Google Firebase, LiveKit, Google Maps). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. YRT Software is not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. YRT Software makes no warranties, whether express or implied, that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, or meet your specific requirements. You use the App at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YRT Software, its directors, or employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless YRT Software and its employees from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of the App; (ii) your violation of these Terms; or (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including copyright or privacy rights.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page or via the App. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Türkiye to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms.
